All items purchased from G M Infotech are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, G M Infotech does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by G M Infotech itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Payments
GoSpree does not accept any orders on Cash on Delivery basis.
Kindly note there is no Refund Policy too. We shall be happy to credit the amount paid in your GoSpree wallet for any future purchase you wish to make.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
